The Town of Brookhaven Animal Shelter and Adoption Center will celebrate St. Patrick's Day with its "Irish I Had A Home" promotion, offering free adoptions from March 17 through 19. The normal adoption fees of $137 for a dog and $125 for a cat will be waived. Adoptions will also include free neuter or spay, vaccinations, microchip, license, heartworm, flea and fecal tests.

 

Those who are interested in adopting a dog or cat should visit the Brookhaven Animal Shelter and Adoption Center located at 300 Horseblock Road in Brookhaven.
